two minute walk to the SS&A Club and a
five minute walk to Albury Entertainment Centre. Although we are centrally located, we still retain a quiet
ambience that allows our guest to relax and enjoy their stay with us.

We offer six different room styles at the Seaton Arms Motor Inn. Our accommodations in Albury Wodonga are perfect for couples, families, and groups of guests. Our guests can choose from:
Queen Rooms
Our queen rooms are located on the first floor of our motel and have stair access. They have a large single queen bed and they offer a spacious feel with all of the normal amenities that you'd expect from our motel.

Standard Double Room
If you have a party of two or three, our standard double room can accommodate you. It comes with one queen bed and a single fold out sofa. A small fee applies for the extra third person.

Standard Twin Room
For two to four people, or small families, our standard twin room is an excellent choice. Guests will get one queen bed, with a the double fold out sofa incurring a small fee if used.

Twin Queen Rooms
The twin queen room we offer can comfortably accommodate up to four people. It comes with two queen beds and is one of the end rooms so is a little bigger than the normal units.

1 Bedroom Family Room
If you're travelling with kids or a group of people, the 1 bedroom family room could be a great fit. This accommodation comes with one queen bed, one single bed and a large family room that can comfortably fit up to four guests. It's located on the first floor with stair access, and there is a shower over bath available. Extra roll out beds and cots are available by request for a small fee.

1x Family Two Bedroom Suite
The final room we offer is the 1x family two bedroom suite. Up to six guests can enjoy this suite. It comes with one queen and one single bed in one bedroom and one queen and one single bed in the open living area. You'll find it on the first floor, and you access it by stairs.

All of our rooms come with air conditioning, heating, tea and coffee making facilities, flat screened TVs, desk and/or table and chairs, iron and ironing boards, extra blankets and pillows, a wardrobe, toaster, microwave, crockery, and cutlery.
For guests staying more than one night, the rooms can be serviced on a daily basis - please leave the 'please service my room' sign out on the door knob before you leave the room. Room services need to be completed by 12 midday.

Please advise reception by 6pm on your day of arrival if you are to arrive after 9pm so that arrangements can be made to directly access your room - credit card details required for late check ins.

Free onsite parking and free WIFI are available for guests.
Cancellation Policy
If the room is cancelled 3 days before arrival or in case of a 'no show', 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
Children
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One cot only per room.
A baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the motel.
Extra persons in a room priced for two are charged $15 per person per night.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the motel.
Pets
Pets are not allowed due to Council Regulations.
