Accommodation

LOCATION

Seaton Arms is located in the heart of the CBD and is only a short stroll to the main street shops, restuarants, licensed clubs and cinema centre. It is a two minute walk to the SS&A Club (RSL) and a five minute walk to Albury Entertainment Centre. Although we are centrally located, we still retain a quiet ambience that allows our guest to relax and enjoy their stay with us.

ROOMS

We have rooms with the following configurations:

QUEEN ROOMS: 1 queen bed (these rooms are on the first floor accessed by stairs)

STANDARD DOUBLE ROOMS: 1 queen bed & a single fold out sofa which can accommodate maximum 3 people

STANDARD TWIN ROOMS: 1 queen bed & a double fold out sofa which can accommodate maximum 4 people

TWIN ROOMS: 1 queen bed & 1 single bed which can accommodate maximum 3 people

1 BEDROOM FAMILY ROOM: 1 queen bed and 2 single beds in a large family room which can accommodate 4 people                                                           (this room is located on the first floor and is accessed by stairs) - shower only available in this room.

1 x FAMILY TWO BEDROOM SUITE: 1 queen bed & 1 single bed in the bedroom, 1 queen bed & 1 single bed in the                                                                          open plan living area which can accommodate maximum 6 people                                                                                             (this room is located on the first floor and is accessed by stairs)

We offer rooms with air conditioning, heating, flat screened TV's, tea/coffee making facilities, irons & ironing boards, a desk, sofa and / or table & chairs, extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe and some rooms have a telephone. A toaster, microwave, crockery & cutlery are available to the rooms on request. A continental or cooked breakfast is available at an additional cost and is served to the rooms. For guests staying more than one night, the rooms can be serviced on a daily basis - please leave the 'please service my room' sign out on the door knob before you leave the room. Room services need to be completed by 12 midday.

RECEPTION HOURS: 7am - 9pm - Please note: please advise reception by 6pm on your day of arrival if you are to                                                                                                              arrive after 9pm so that arrangements can be made to directly access                                                                                                       your room - credit card details required for late check ins.

CHECK-IN: 2pm 

CHECK-OUT: 10am - late check outs will attract a fee of $10 per hour

PARKING & WIFI

Free onsite parking and free WIFI are available for guests. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the room is cancelled 3 days before arrival or incase of a 'no show', 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

CHILDREN

One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.

One cot only per room.

A baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the motel.

Extra persons in a room priced for two are charged $15 per person per night.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the motel.

PETS

Pets are not allowed due to Council Regulations.
